Maybe you will cringe when hear the term cancer. But did you know that cancer can be prevented early on with eating some vegetables? Then what kind of vegetables can prevent cancer?

Cancer as one of the highest cause of death one of them caused by an unhealthy lifestyle and diet is not balanced. The content of vitamins and minerals in vegetables could prevent the growth of cancer cells from an early age.

Some types of vegetables you can eat to prevent cancer early:

Spinach
Spinach including the type of vegetables that contain high lutein, vitamin E, and antioxidants to assist in reducing the risk of colon cancer, ovarian, liver and prostate.

Broccoli
