Thin soy or dairy can reduce blood pressure

A study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association concluded that changing the consumption of refined carbohydrates by eating soy products and dairy products lean can help lower blood pressure.

Research with the participation of 350 persons with hypertension who were not being medicated. Participants ate for two months, supplements based on soy protein, milk protein or refined carbohydrates.

If the latter group showed no effect on blood pressure level, the remaining participants who took the supplements had a slight decrease in systolic blood pressure. Experts recommend not to put aside carbohydrates, preferring the full versions, healthier for the body.
