As lay people we should also be vigilant and ensure that our bodies free from radiation. How do we recognize the body that has been exposed to radiation?

Small amounts of radiation are usually not directly have an effect on our bodies, but would be very dangerous if not treated immediately because it can damage our cells that cause cancer, genetic mutation, premature aging, reproductive system disorders and others.

If radiation is high enough to cause immediate symptoms in the body called Acute Radiation Syndrome (ARS) such as dry skin, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, headache, fever, or even sudden death. Impact after a few days once the radiation exposure such as dizziness, eye dizzy, confusing, hair loss, weakness, vomiting and dysentery, low blood and wound a long recovery.

Radiation occurs not only coming from nuclear, but in our daily lives also lead to radiation, although in small quantities as in the highlands, x-ray scanning with a high strength, cracking walls and foundations of houses, radiological devices in hospitals and others.
