Chemical Pesticides Danger to the Child's Development

Various studies have shown the link of exposure to chemical pesticides with child's developmental disorders especially in children's brain disorders that cause behavioral disorders, communication and thought disorders. And the latter study also linked exposure to chemical pesticides with ADHD.

A study conducted by researchers from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York showed different types of pesticides that exposed in fruits and vegetables, and they have found that the children with higher concentrations of pesticides in their bodies were significantly more likely to have ADHD than children with lower concentrations.

According to records from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nearly 4.5 million children in the United States suffer from some form of interference, which is indicated for ADHD. It has resulted the child who started no attention, hyperactivity, and poor impulse and behavior control.

Parents are encouraged to limit or eliminate the use of pesticides in the home such as pesticides for the garden ( insecticides ), bug sprays , herbicides and fungicides. Also try to always get organic products from vegetable or fruit. But if not possible look for safe non-organic products characterized by a hard skin that can be peeled and can be washed, such as apples. Otherwise avoid non-organic fruit products with soft-skinned fruits such as strawberries and peaches as they leave high pesticide residue.
